The Postgraduate Students Officer is a new role and will promote, encourage and extend postgraduate representation within the colleges and throughout the University. With a growing number of PG students at Brunel, representation is essential.

The Postgraduate Students Officer of the Union shall: Represent Postgraduate Students;

  • 9.1 Promote, encourage and extend postgraduate representation within the colleges and throughout the University;
  • 9.2 Ensure the effective representation of postgraduate students on the relative Union and University committees.
  • 9.3 Work with the Community Living Officer to promote and extend postgraduate opportunities within the Union’s co-curricular portfolio.
  • 9.4 Work with the Education and Welfare Officers to support their understanding and consideration of postgraduate issues.

Voting is open in person on Tuesday 3rd October and Wednesday 4th October, 10am-5pm. Location: on-campus, in The Venue. Only PGT and PGR students can vote for this role.
